1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment.

  • Orders canceled before shipment may qualify for a full refund.

  • Custom-built, made-to-order, or specially sourced machinery may not be eligible for cancellation once production or procurement has commenced.

  • Any costs already incurred for custom orders may be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Returns

Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

Returns may be accepted when:

  • The product arrives damaged during transit.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product contains a verified manufacturing defect.

To request a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging whenever possible.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Custom-manufactured machinery

  • Special-order equipment

  • Used machinery

  • Installed or modified equipment

  • Consumable products and certain spare parts

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs

4. Refund Approval

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.

  • Shipping costs associated with refused deliveries may be deducted from any refund.

6. Warranty Claims

Certain products may be covered by manufacturer or supplier warranties.

Warranty claims are separate from refund requests and will be handled according to the applicable warranty terms provided with the product.

7. Limitation of Liability

SteelGrow Machineries shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or operation of any machinery or equipment purchased from us.
